Meet Ride Base Tenerife in Puerto de la Cruz at 9:30 a.m. for a three-hour guided road bike ride through the Valle de La Orotava. You’ll ride with a small group of up to five, see Puerto de la Cruz and the Atlantic from above, and receive guidance, water, and local highlights. Bike and helmet hire are not included.
Meet Scubanana Dive Center at Radazul at 9:00 am for a two-day PADI Advanced Open Water course. You’ll build navigation and buoyancy skills, explore deeper water, and may try wreck and night sessions with instructors including Pauline, Izaac, Denis, or Fran.

Travel from Tenerife to Teide National Park in an air-conditioned vehicle, with pickup included and about three hours in the park. See volcanic craters, lava, canyons, and Los Roques de García. This suits you if Teide is your main goal, but the group may reach 30 people and cable-car access is not included.
“Beautiful views but they should’ve organised a different tour for the people doing the cable car as we had a long stop dropping and picking them up (not sure if some people were late coming down) but we only had a hour stop out of a 6/7 hour day so too long to be on a bus for kids”
