“The coach was late on both pickup and return. Seats are quite uncomfortable and other passengers reclined their seats making it even more uncomfortable. The person checking passengers onto coach left the tour on the outward journey and the driver was unable to communicate clearly when we were dropped off meaning another passenger had to check where our pick up point was with the tour operator. On the return journey we were taken to various resorts for drop offs, this didn't happen when we were picked up so a different route was followed meaning we were on the coach for longer than needed.
